| | Thank you both for your compliments. I would say that magnate created quite a precedent by his action, and he certainly did not fly to the Moon unprepared. So, it was only a matter of time before the productive minds of the world threw off the shackles of regulatory government and joined him in his new laissez-faire haven. :)
