The first snow of the season is falling here in Missoula tonight. Thanks for a wonderful poem to go along with it, Marty.

Marty,

I see a tremendous growth in imagery, expressiveness, and emotional depth since you first posted on SOLO. You are getting to really, really good!

Marty -- Beautiful imagery! I love the twilight in the clear, dry autumn air and the star-spangled sky that it heralds. (Also, on the advent of the first major snowfall of the season, do like I do and listen to Tchaikovsky's 1st symphony, the Winter Dream. It's the perfect music!)
