Thank you, Ted, for proving all my points. I would have posted my response yesterday, but it was my birthday and I was not checking the site. My intention was not to stir up something that died down, but to respond to what was said. You're certainly not doing anything to soothe the situation. No, you haven't asked me to leave, you've merely made made it too unpleasant to stay which is the same thing. Yes, everyone else has been pretty polite except you. So you know you've been impolite and you don't care? Typical. No one else would have had the bad judgement to put up this quote in the first place, and no one else would have refused to take responsibility for it and attacked the person who questioned it. Enjoy your website, I leave it to you. It's not my job to keep you from making this your personal blog. I only post now to point out to others that you still continue to attack me even after I've said fine you win- run rampant- i'm gone. Not enough? No. In addition to everything else, you post cartoons to ridicule me, misrepresent my posting history, suggest that I'm somehow psychologically unfit (DSM-IV, really?).
There's no moderator, apparently, to stop (or even register disapproval, maybe, on behalf of a subscriber?) this kind of invective. I encourage people to read my past posts, articles etc and make their own judgements. I have certainly never written off RoR before now. I've also never gotten into a back-and-forth with a fellow subscriber before. I'll let our posts speak for themselves.
What I want to know, Ted, is how the _____ do you consider yourself an Objectivist? Your behavior is revolting (one example: your picture of "Mike Hunt" diving classes with a clam logo? Really? Is this adult behavior?). But that's a contradiction for you to reconcile not me.
While it is tempting to answer in kind, I won't. I'm out of here.
