| | They are loons, but recklessly dangerous nevertheless. Late in the 80's we handled* one of their ships (mv Greenpeace) which was damaged by a Navy destroyer off the coast of Florida. Sadly, I think the Navy later paid them for the damages. They had videoed the antics of several of the Navy crewmen during the encounter, who apparently made rude gestures and graphic suggestions to the women aboard. Otherwise, I do not think they would have gotten a cent.

*They were a paying customer - quite important to us - and there was the curiosity factor. They were quite personable, but undeniably crazy about their cause. And they did have some attractive lasses onboard, something of a rarity back then.
