| | This quote came from the discussion thread of Joe's essay: What's Wrong with a Little Injustice? and is in reaction to the phenomenon of offering to buy lunch for someone, and then being taken to the cleaners due to an intentional or unintentional exploitation of your benevolence.
I especially liked the part about not letting other people set your boundaries for you, but rather developing the insight and moral courage to set them yourself.
