Right/Wrong has multiple meanings.
1. Morally right or wrong. In conformance with or in violation of a moral code.
2. Correct with regard to formal logical rules. Is an argument valid or invalid which is to say logically right or wrong.
3. Computationally correct or incorrect. Is 3+5 = 8? In standard arithmetic this equality is right. 1 + 1 = 1 in Boolean algebra (it right) but it is wrong in standard arithmetic.
4. Pertaining to how well means fit ends. Is means M right for end E or not? Is a hammer the right tool for inserting a screw? Not really.
5. Legally correct or incorrect. Contracts, for example, must have the right form. If the have the wrong form they might not be legally binding.
In that quote from Atlas Shrugged, Rand was equivocating the meaning of right/wrong.
