Doesn't the North Korean government receive foreign aid from the US and other countries?  So like... we are helping the corruption to continue to exist rather than collapse as would happen if they were left to themselves?

Wikipedia lists North Korea as getting 118.5 million dollars for 2013.  Another area where the federal government is engaged in unconstitutional behavior.  I like what one fellow called it, "Aid to Dependent Dictators."

What's bizarre it that the Fabian Socialists intentionally tried to create two discreet classes of workers--the lumpen and the aristocratic---with unforseen disasterous results.
