| | Good job, Luke. Self-responsibility over social-responsibility seems exactly right to me. And to the extent people have social responsibilities, the main one seems to be "fight the power" i.e. resist government tyranny. Maybe also resist the implicit tyranny of today's "education," religion, and the Judeo-Christian ethic. As for your NASA co-worker being called a "smart-aleck" by his teacher -- I'll bet similar remarks were directed towards 90% of the innovators in the history of man!
