So, for example, citizenship in the USA would not be defined the same state of being as citizenship in the former Soviet Union, or on some 'Lord of the Flies' tropical island..
Or at least, would not have been in the past.
My utopic, never going to happen fantasy world: One skin, one driver. Peers living in freedom, who, when it comes to navigating across the public commons, respect the freedom of their peers. Neighbors who, when it is claimed they should 'love each other,' are lovingly asked to do so, not told to do so at the point of a jarringly impolite gun. A utopia where human charity, compassion, kindness, and mutual respect is even possible, unlike the current tribal mess in America.
But, that is just me, wanting to be emperor... over nobody.
