Robert, with all due respect, the issues are not resolved, and it's not going to go away, even if yours is/was the last thread. You can look the other way, but you can't deny that this has cut deep. Why should it go away, when we've lost 3 great people? This isn't the first time, and you know it won't be the last. Who'll be next?

I was just perusing Jennifer's GM site... It seems Jason Dixon is now Assistant Editor there. It seems the marketplace for ideas has now heated into a marketplace for employment!

Well, glad to hear both Jen and Jason and landing on their feet!

It may be a good idea for Solo to have some competition...in retail, that's how customer service improves. There was an article about Abercrombie and Fitch changing tactics...The way they operated was to have "beautiful" people working the stores, basically model the clothing, but offering minimal service and acting haughty. Sales dropped, now they are actively replacing that attitude with a less intimidating approach, where people are actually there to work and help, and sales are reportedly up. A good object lesson.
