Teresa Summerlee Isanhart 1956-2016

Teresa died on September 6, 2016.

My world is diminished.  It was bad enough when Fred died, but this is so much worse.

TSI was forthright and insightful. She was plainspoken and perceptive, emotionally acute and intellectually observant.  

One time, she was buying some Ayn Rand Edition or something from someone on eBay or Craig's List and I was not alone here in insisting that she put me on speed dial for her safety.  She laughed.  She was an agent of a court and capable of taking care of herself.  For sure.  But I was willing to put myself in harm's way for her benefit out of perfect egoist dedication to my highest values.

Thank you for letting us know this sad news, Stephen.

I extend my condolences to her friends and family.

We will miss her contributions here greatly.

She was only 60.  I am only 50.  This is kind of scary.

Grab every day like it is your last.

I haven't posted here in a very long time; I came today to view an article linked from somewhere else, and saw this headline.

You could knock me over with a feather right now.

As is frequently the case, Michael Marotta said it best:

She was also funny as hell, and a pleasure to interact with.

This is unbearably sad, and a complete shock.

How very sad to find that one of the stellar contributors to RoR is no longer with us, and at such a young age too.

Condolences to all who knew her well.

I am so sorry to see this.....and this is even several months old!!!
