Korea - they would live and work along side their brothers of the labor movement and the environmental movement, live in an 'enlightened, eco-friendly' commune and be able to stay as long as they wish. All of those who are undecided or think that Chavez, or Fidel may have some good ideas, or that still think that Obama is right on everything, except maybe Pakistan and Afganistan, and anyone who teaches economics or political science at the university level would also be eligible. Far left members of Congress could be encouraged to take extended fact-finding missions.
