Recent statistics show something new for our nation. Over most of the last decade fewer new businesses were started than were closed. And, it isn't because of an increase in the percentage of businesses closing their doors - that has remained relatively constant. It is that fewer people are willing to chance starting an uphill run when they see how much of a load in taxes and in regulatory costs that big government makes then carry - to say nothing of the uncertainty introduced in a nation being transformed by 'hope and change.'
